This training program offers training at every level. We have a multi-level focus from beginner to advanced with coaching on footwork, offensive and defensive positioning, strategies, and tactics at the most basic level to college level strategies!
This program is open to girls and boys 11-18 years of age and includes 2 practices a week and a practice tank top.
Dates/Times: Tuesdays from 4-5:30pm and Thursdays from 9:30-11:00am and 11:30-12:30pm
