Seasons at WJV: 15th Season with WJV

Coaching Experience: 2020 AVCA Net Works Award Winner. Coach at Wisconsin Juniors from 2001-2009, 2017-Present. Former Assistant Coach at Williams Bay High School in 2001, 2002, and 2005. State Champions in 2005. 

Playing Experience: Attended Westosha Central High School and played volleyball. Played club at Whitesand Volleyball Club and Geneva Sharks before playing at Wisconsin Juniors in their inaugural year. Played collegiately at Lake Forest College where her team had a Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament Appearance.

Career: Director for JVC in Youth Development and Uniforms. Spent 10 years working in the Kenosha/Racine/Antioch area as a clinical supervisor for Kozak Orthodontics. She wants to develop a love for volleyball in our youth as well as skills to thrive in life. 

Family: Lives in Trevor, WI with her husband, Josh, who also works for Juniors. They have two boys, Jackson (15) and Max (13). Jackson loves baseball and plays volleyball year round. Max loves indoor and beach volleyball and has found a new passion for running!

Coaching Experience: 5 years

Playing Experience: 4 years

Education and Career: Attended the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Graduated in fall of 2019 with a degree in English Secondary Education and a minor in History. Currently I have been teaching as a High School English Teacher in Wilmot,Wisconsin. Coaching was one of my priorities of getting involved with the school and building relationships with students on a daily basis, while in the classroom and on the court.

Family: I have a niece who is 7 years old who is passionate about horseback riding and my nephew is 12 years old who loves to play football.

Head Coach Bio

Playing Experience: Played at Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI as a libero. Played club at Minnesota One Volleyball Club. Played at Prior Lake High School in Savage, MN for high school.

Coaching Experience: This will be her sixth year coaching at WJV. Currently, the Carthage College Women’s Volleyball Graduate Assistant while pursuing a Masters in Sports Leadership and Education. Coaches at multiple camps including Carthage College, WJV, and Minnesota One Volleyball Club.

Education and Career: Works as the Social Media Director as well as Lead Strength and Conditioning Trainer at WJV. Graduated from Alverno College with an undergraduate degree in Communication and Creative Writing in 2020. Currently working as a Content Specialist at Zywave.

Family: Originally from Savage, MN. Grew up with my mom, brother and two dogs. Currently resides in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Favorite Sports Memory: Too many to count. Being in the gym and impacting athletes in a positive way makes every moment special.


Seasons at WJV: 1st Season

Coaching Experience: This is my first year coaching at Wisconsin Juniors. I have coached at multiple clubs and college volleyball camps and was a volunteer assistant for Deer Creek Mackinaw Junior High volleyball. Have also done one-on-one training.

Playing Experience: Grace College in Winona Lake, IN (2019-2022) outside, Deer Creek Mackinaw High School outside, Illini Elite VBC outside, CIE VBC outside

Education and Career: Graduate Grace College this December with a Health Science degree, concentration in PA

Family: My sister is Kyleigh Block, one of the directors at Wisconsin Juniors! I am so excited to live with her and her fiancé for the next 6 months! My parents, brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew live in central IL.

Favorite Sports Memory: Being able to make friends through the sport and using it as a platform to meet & interact with others, love being able to get into my competitive side through sports
